NEW STUDENTS
Please arrive at least 15 minutes early so you can get settled before class starts. DON'T WORRY about any of the judgments that are in your head, i.e., 'I’m not flexible, my balance is bad, it’s too hot, my yoga shorts aren’t cool enough.' Everyone has these thoughts, and one of the benefits of yoga is learning to accept and let go of these judgments.
Please bring a yoga mat, a large towel, and some water. If you don’t have any of these items, no sweat! We have mats and towels for you to rent or buy.
Wear comfortable clothes you can easily move and get sweaty in. Most importantly, have fun, smile at yourself in the mirror, remember that no one is an expert the first time they try something, and that you are making a difference in your body and mind every time you practice.
Walk-ins are welcome; however, your space in class cannot be guaranteed unless you book online.
